Exceptions may be granted if a request is made in writing to Cory and has the support of the student’s host family and counselor.
Requests must be made 30 days prior to the event or the student will be responsible for reimbursement of non-refundable activity fees.

2017-18 Inbounds at Orientation
Students, Counselors/YEOs and Host Families
A weekend in mid-January 2021
Saturday students arrive with their Counselor/YEO at 10:00am.
Counselors/YEOs may leave at 2:00pm, students spend the night.
Counselors/YEOs are welcome to stay for Day 2, lodging is on your own.
Sunday host families arrive at 10:00am. Eveyrone leaves at 1:30pm.

Winter Fun Weekend (Tahoe/Incline Village)

Spend the weekend in with HUNDREDS of other Rotarians, We will be in a flag ceremony on Saturday, and lots of other fun activities!

Spend an AMAZING weekend riding cable cars, hanging out at Pier 39, touring Alcatraz Island,walking across the Golden Gate Bridge, shopping at Union Square and much more!

Spend an amazing two days on the lake.
We will spend time hanging out on the beach and boating on the lake.
Campfire reflection time (and s’mores!) and Zoom meetings with students already home.
Sadly, your last trip together, say good bye to all the good friends you have made in Youth Exchange.
